Monde Reserve du Picoleur Gose Aux Mures

A Gose is a beer originating from Germany that is slightly salty and flavoured with freshly ground coriander seeds. At the time, certain versions were more sour than others and this prompted pub owners to offer the possibility to add a fruit syrup to mellow it. Adding blackberries introduce a wild berries aspect to this version of Gose where its nice tartness blends well with the coriander seeds and the salty notes.
