Bierbeschreibung
As the water supply was often unfit for consumption, farmers in southwestern Belgium traditionally produced a beer to quench the thirst of their workers. Produced mainly for the harvest season, it became known over time as a Saison. This beer was often slightly acidic and therefore more refreshing, exactly what was needed after a hard day`s work in the fields. Saison Tradition is brewed according to traditional recipes of Wallonian farmers. It offers dry, slightly tart fruit flavors accented by a touch of black pepper. Amongst many tasty beers, this is one of the more thirst-quenching.
