Champenoise version of the classic Double Vienna. Aged in a bottle over champagne yeasts for 18 months, after this period it undergoes remuáge and degórgement, where the yeast sludge is removed and the product finished with the cork and cage. It presents malty notes, of spices, of the autolysis of the yeasts of champagne and lightly hopped finish.
