The cashew aroma predominates, but soon there are subtle fermentation notes of the saison yeasts used in this Gose. In the mouth it presents dry body and slight effervescence, with the flavor of the cashew pulp predominating, but in the end the detail of the classic salinity of the Gose leaves the beer with high drinkability and great potential for incredible harmonizations. Created with six hands by Morada and friends from the Mocotó and Jiquitaia restaurants in São Paulo, this is our inspiration to combine with typical dishes of Brazilian cuisine in the Midwest.
