Morena Mani-oca

Morena Bier Mani-oca (cassava in guarany) is a beer that has a discreet and refreshing bouquet, with a balance between the flavor of malt and the slight bitterness of hops. The color varies from straw yellow to gold. It takes as an adjunct the cassava starch produced in starch factories in the south of the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. It is considered the first cassava beer in Mato Grosso do Sul. It pairs with roasted meats, barbecue, fish and snacks.
