Alder - Mosaic

Second beer of the Single Hop line, i.e. beers brewed using only one variety of hops, both in brewing and dry hopping. A high fermentation beer brewed with German and English malts, fermented with a UK yeast strain and hopped with only Mosaic hops from Yakima Chief. Golden in colour, it has hints of exotic fruit, citrus, spice and herbaceousness.
