Fermentis Camino is an American Wild Ale spontaneously inoculated in their Brewer’s ’84 El Camino Conquista’s truck bed-turned-coolship, capturing native microflora beneath the oak trees in their Beer Garden and then spontaneously fermented & matured in select oak barrels.
