Municipal Brew Off the Trolley

"Off Your Trolley" is an informal way in the UK to say that someone is behaving in an extremely unusual way. They are starting the New Year "off their trolley" by making this traditional English style Mild Ale that is low on hops, carbonation, alcohol and calories (for those that made a New Year's resolution of losing weight) but big on flavor. Big notes of toffee with no lingering bitterness makes way to a slight grainy middle and a smooth clean finish.
