Muttnik Belka

Belka and Strelka aboard Korabl-Sputnik2 return to the ground in the company of a gray rabbit, 42 mice, 2 rats, flies, plants and mushrooms. With their 18 orbits around the Earth, they were the first living beings to succeed in a space flight. It matters little if their courage was basically unconsciousness: their success will pave the way for explorations by cosmonauts. Almost traditional Saison, except for the low alcohol content. Despite the total absence of spices, the nose is dominated by hints of coriander, white pepper, mint and delicate herbaceous notes. On the palate the three different cereals that compose it emerge. The finish is dry, with a slight astringency given by the yeast strain used. Sustained carbonation brings to the nose its complex but elegant bouquet.
