Noi Bock Di Sesamo

The recipe, original from northern Germany, is dark, malty and with a sweet touch that refers to caramel. Touch was to use a very unique ingredient that is Tahini, a sesame paste. In other words, brewery made a real bread with sesame, only liquid. The name is a pun, as sesame is also known as sesame.
