Oakshire The Carol Situation

A unique collaboration with homebrewer Justin Bruce, The Carol Situation and its propriety mixed yeast culture are named for Oakshire Brewing's favorite childhood book. With a golden hue and white lave head, this beer is bursting with aromas of orange blossom honey and effervecent white wine. The bright acidity leads to notes of kumquat and marmalade across a mouthfeel reminiscent of chardonnay.
