Odd Breed Citrus Farmer

Citrus Farmer is a farmhouse ale brewed with pilsner malt, malted wheat, and raw wheat. They added coriander and bitter orange peel in the hopback, and fermented with an estery Belgian yeast strain before aging in French Oak puncheons with their mixed culture for a year. After barrel aging, they refermented on top of Florida oranges and lemons. This beer delivers fragrant citrus notes alongside fruity esters with a soft and refreshingly tart finish.
