Extra Thai Rack is a Saison inspired by the holy trinity of Thai cuisine. Brewed with Pilsner malt from Germany and Jasmine Rice from Thailand, and infused with loads of Lemongrass, Galangal Root, and Kaffir Lime. Light bodied, crisp, and floral with strong citrus and spice notes transitioning to a light bodied and tart finish.
