Blended from two golden wild ales brewed with imported floor malted Pilsner, raw wheat, malted rye, and aged hops. After aging for several months in French Oak puncheons, we transferred the beer onto nearly 800 pounds of ripe organic peaches that we hand picked in Dade City Florida. The peaches were only lightly rinsed to contribute local microflora, and the pits were added to contribute a nuanced nougat character to this beer that is excessively juicy, fruity, and of course,
