A delicately sour beer inspired by the classic Peruvian cocktail, brewed in collaboration with fellow South Londoners Brick Brewery. A sharp lime zest acidity, a fluffy creamy body, and a complex blend of herbs and spices designed to add the heady & invigorating aroma of angostura bitters.
