Osowa Góra Rokosz

Light amber in color, cloudy. Half a centimeter high foam, white in color. After less than a minute, it reduces to zero. Aroma of malt, rye and bread, in the background delicate notes of hops and flowers. The taste is associated with kvass with a yeast aftertaste. Slightly sour bitterness at the finish.
