Top-fermented strong beer - Stout Bartholomeus 16. Made from five types of malt and one type of hops. In the taste you can find tones of coffee and fine caramel, in the aroma of plums. Despite its higher alcohol content, it is well drinkable due to its low flavor and pleasant roasted reverberation.
Between 1536 and 1548, Bartholomew was the 30th abbot of the Osek Monastery.
