Light, bottom fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized American lager brewed from 3 types of malt, American hops Bravo and Sterling, which give the beer a light aroma of citrus and summer fruits. The beer is suitable for hot summer days thanks to its lower flavor and light body.
Kajetán Březina, a native of Prague, entered the Osek Monastery, where he was elected abbot by the community in 1747. He was put into office on September 4 of that year. In 1749 he established a primary school in Osek. From the time when he was the Abbot of Osek it is also known that he had to dig coal shafts near the settlement of Střimice.
