At first glance, the Ostravar Mustang captivates with its distinctive golden color. It is hopped with three carefully selected malt varieties, which give it a full-bodied taste. Mustang gets its untamed character from the traditional fermentation in open vats of the mash tun, and is then further refined through sufficient maturation in the storage cellar. Its full-bodied taste is reflected in the three selected hop varieties, especially in the Žatecký poloraný červenák, which is considered one of the best varieties in the world, and in the Kazbek, which is also known as "wild hop" due to its origin and spicy bitterness.
