Quadrupel, Tripel, Dubbel, Enkel: the traditional beers brewed by the Trappist order. Enkel, also known as Patersbier, is the lightest of these beers. It was mainly brewed by the monks for their own consumption. This version is not brewed by monks, but it is certainly no less special. Fresh, fruity, slightly bitter and thirst-quenching. Enkel Enjoy!
