Single Malt And Single Hop, or SMASH. Only one type of malt (Holland Malt Pale) and one type of hop (Mandarina Bavaria) are used for this golden-colored IPA. The Mandarina Bavaria hop provides a fresh, fruity aroma and a very hoppy flavor with notes of tropical fruit and citrus, especially mandarins. The finish is slightly bitter and lingers for a long time.
