Capricorn is a strong, dark beer, slightly bitter and with an intense flavor, made from malts and the addition of cocoa. Pairs with pork and game meats, stuffed pasta and salads with sweet sauce. It also goes well with desserts, such as Flan de Caramel and Creme Brulee.
