Peak Ales Cebula

Cebula, a 5.3% Mango and Caramelised Onion Pale Ale. Dry hopped with over 30kg of Azacca and Olicana hops as well as over 30kg of fresh Mangos and Mango Puree. 5.5 hour slow cooked caramelised onions add a subtle sticky toffee and caramel note in the background.
