clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of apple juice and black olives, slightly leathery, with a light touch of earl grey and some lemon juice. flavour is mostly apple juice and white wine vinegar, slightly perfumed, with some dusty notes, a hint of yeast and lots of earth in the semi-tart finish. medium- to heavy-bodied with lively carbonation.
