Hopfen: Citra, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Idaho 7 Cryo. Variant 2021 of our Pearl of the Islands Souvenir from the Islands Malty strong beer with flavors of caramel and tropical fruits. Top-fermented beer made from a blend of caramel malt and hops with notes of exotic fruits. Original cocktail, where bitterness combines with fruity and woody freshness. The nose is delicious and intoxicating. It starts with caramel malts and develops with notes of pineapple. On the solid base of caramel malts, fruity aromas dominate, interspersed with citrus hints. The pineapple and bitterness are balanced, providing a fresh finish.
