Perle - Perle Nature

Nature makes it possible! A beer with 100% Alsatian and 100% organic ingredients. The malted barley grown by Hagmeyer in Balbronn is blended with the new Alsatian hop variety Mistral. This makes it a SMASH beer: Single Malt & Single Hop (only one malt, one hop). The taste in the beginning is slightly sweet, mild, and develops into a subtle bitterness that is merged with the grain. The dominant flavors are grain, light malt varieties, fresh bread, honey, flowers (elderflower), and fruits (pineapple). The finish is dry with a present, but delicate and floral bitterness. It is easy to drink and very well-balanced.
