This Cascadian Dark Ale pours a dark ruby brown with a light tan froth. Aromas of freshly roasted coffee and toasted malts are balanced by sharper spiced notes of pine and herbs from the Cascadian and Zeus hops. The bitterness upfront yields to a crisp dry finish.
