Phillips Sky High Grand Fir

Sky High Grand Fir Ale is brewed with freshly harvested grand fir boughs which are added directly into the kettle. It is a pine ale that avoids the overtly resinous in favour of a brighter, more nuanced character featuring citrus and evergreen.
