Piccolo Birrificio Clandestino - Italian Pils

We decided to focus our production on a more characterful product, saying goodbye to our Pils and Keller and starting to produce what is to date our favourite bottom-fermenting beer: Italian Pils. Following the guidelines, it is a lager hopped and dry-hoped with only noble German hops. A clear, drinkable, tasty biorra with a nice herbaceousness and light citrus accompanying slight tea notes. Dry and bitter finish but never going out of style. To be drunk by the hectolitre, no less.
