Piddle Ciddle Dry

Sparkling golden colour with a short-lived white foam head. Aroma of fruity apple, oak and funk. Taste is tart apple, fruity, apple skin, with woody oak, vanilla, some rubbery funk. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry sourish tannic finish.
