Limited No. 11 is a Triple Blond Ale which fermented openly with Trappist yeast and then matured for 4 months on forest herbs as a 2-fermenter in oak barrels pre-coated with tequila
. The climate of the 300-year-old monastery cellar played its part. A hint of tequila can still be detected
, the fine herbal aromas combine wonderfully with the fruity notes from the yeast and the malty body.
