Pit Caribou La York

Farmhouse and Session IPA assembly ages in barrel of Pinot and Cognac, IIPA of the Fresh Witch and a homemade apple juice. An inviting funk on woody notes, sharp acidity ending in a dry, fruity finish of yellow apple flesh harvested near the York River in Gaspé. Refermented in bottle with Gaspesian honey.
