Pit Caribou Pointe à Butler

Saison style beer made from a blend of farm flavors for the bloom of springtime aromas. It aged in barrels with brettanomyces yeasts and 4 months in bottle at the brewery. Named in reference to a tip on Bonaventure Island, a butler is also an ancestor of the sommelier profession.
