Pivovar Květnice Centennial Single Hop Ale

The single Hop Ale edition is launched by the first Swallow with Centennial hops. It is an aromatic variety grown in the USA since 1990. Sometimes also called super Cascade. The genetic composition is 3/4 Brewers Gold, 3/32 Fuggle, 1/16 East Kent Golding, 1/32 Bavarian and 1/16 unknown. Aroma of floral and citrus. Mostly citrus, but with an undertone of lemon grass and often needles. The citrus character may resemble the Cascade variety (grapefruit aroma). It is most often compared with this variety
