Pivovar Vik - Gumboot Sour #1

In general, the Gose beer style is a refreshing top-fermented beer with a light body and a subtle minerality, which is given by a pinch of salt. We've also enhanced our Gose with Guava, lemongrass and hibiscus, giving it tropical and citrus flavours and a pleasant pink colour. The beer is brewed in collaboration with the Gumovka beer bar.
