Piwne Podziemie Blueberry Vanilla Pancake

Wild aromas, blueberries, cinnamon, possibly vanilla. Red, deep, hazy color. White-pink foam, fine bubble, moderate size and similarly durable. Sour, wild, slightly reminiscent of fruity lambikas. At first only acidity is present, but then comes sweetness. Again, you smell mainly blueberries and cinnamon, but also cookies, bread notes, maybe a little maple syrup and alcohol. The bitterness is light (surprisingly), but comes mainly from alcohol. Medium fullness, low saturation and a keasowo-salty finish with a hint of alcohol warming the esophagus. Pretty pleasant to receive.
