Piwne Podziemie - Ronin's Journey

Mochi IPA, 18°Blg You don't have to stick mochi to feel the Japanese vibe. We've brewed it in beer form. Ronin's Journey is a fruity and creamy milkshake IPA inspired by mochi - a Japanese sticky rice dessert with a soft texture and fruity character. Built on a smooth, light base of glutinous rice, oats and wheat - with added fluffy milk sugar (lactose), fermented with London Ale III yeast for maximum juiciness. It's hopped with Cascad at the mash stage, Citra Incognito at the whirlpool, and intensely cold: Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, Rakau and Abstrax Peach. On the taste front, here we have it - an aromatic bomb full of peach, apricot, mango, pineapple and white grapes with a hint of fruit jelly!!!? Don't miss out - this beer has a tendency to disappear without a trace!
