Platform Beer Right On, Baby

The first offering of our “Cobbler-ation series” with Cappy’s Wine & Spirits in Cincinnati. This beer was inspired by popular over-fruited “slushee” sours and will be an ideal dessert beer for the Holidays. It contains fruity sweetness from Blackberry and lactose, added depth of flavor with vanilla and cinnamon, and finishes smooth with the addition of graham cracker. The perfect ending to a great Thanksgiving feast.
