Bierbeschreibung
Nose has aromas of bread with yeast and a grainy-sweet nose. The are hints of honey and ripe stone fruit as well (fruity esters). The yeasty aromas are spicy with pepper, clove and coriander. Mouthfeel is light with moderate-high carbonation. Palate has flavors of bread, dough, flour, light wheat toast. There are spicy flavor hints that suggest pepper, fennel seeds, and bergamot. Hop flavors are woody, earthy. Finish is clean with a woody bitter with an aftertaste of light stone dust to remind you of the yeast that made all this goodness possible.
