Double Rye IPA with Pear. Collab' with wine merchants l'Ours Mal Léché & 44cl Dealer de Bière. They decided on the basic style of beer to brew, they gave us the onerous task of finding an original twist... After several attempts, it turned out that the addition of pear was a perfect match for this rye Double IPA! While the slightly spicy, toasty malt base is accompanied by a strong resinous bitterness, the pear brings roundness and sweetness to the whole, as well as an ounce of originality to the Double Rye IPA style. In short, it took at least 7 of us to come up with this this unlikely blend...
