Pondaseta Phat Pony

Took classic American Pale Ale, Pony Pale Ale, and fermented it with a native Texas yeast from a Yucca Cactus, and added some extra hops... The result is a delightful American Pale Ale with some extra yeast character: Orange liqueur, spice, and classic hops: pine, citrus and awesomeness.
