Pontino 41° Parallelo Barrel Aged

The 41st Parallel represents our ideal proximity to the Made in USA craft beer concept. It comes from the fermentation of US spontaneous yeasts combined with Brettanomycetes and yellow kiwi from the Agro Pontino (PGI). Light and very white foam, the 41 ° has a bright yellow color, while on the nose the fruit esters and the classic notes of the brett prevail. In the mouth it affects the extreme dryness and a very slight note of acidity to enhance the aroma of the kiwi. The advice is to drink it instead of champagne as an aperitif. Store it in cold temperatures and serve between 5/7 °.
