Hazy medium amber with medium white head, no lacing. Amazing Islay whisky aroma, hospital, melted electric isolation, disinfectant, bandages - peat heaven :). Somewhere in the background fresh bread and herbal notes try to get through all that peatness. Taste is smoky delicate sweetness with a comforting hoppy bitterness that tends to stay in the low bitterness levels, earthy and hoppy - very much to my tastes. Feels full and oily, very drinkable. Overall, will be coming back to this one whenever I get a chance.
