The smell is a dental office, peat, cherry, very nice. Copper color, slightly opalescent, abundant foam, fine bubble, it reduces quite quickly, quite nice lacing. Sweet taste, peat dominates, caramel comes out later; there is alcohol. Bitterness rather imperceptible. Good beer.
