Profesja Myśliwy

Almost black colour with dark ruby glimmer and huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Smoky and chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of birch ashes, ham, some caramel. Taste is papery, ashy, smoky, subtle hints of roasty dark and chocolate malt, a caramel touch, a touch of smoked ham, birch ashes; minimally watery passages. Very nice smoky flavours in the nose, sadly preserved only in a diluted mode in taste.
