Profesja Szabrownik

Hazy gold, low and generally unstable, white head, some lacing. Aroma kerosene, hint of apple, somewhat malty, a tad of fruity, a whiff of horse blanket. Taste dry, a little sour. Carbonation medium to high, tingling. Bitterness medium, a little stalky, tannic but not disturbing. Aftertaste fruity, apple, grassy, cider. Not bad but a little weird.
