Named for our first location near historic LDS Hospital, this beer is brewed with three kinds of hops in both the boil and dryhopping stages. Varietals from the Pacific Northwest add a piney, fruity body with hints of citrus and notes of tropical and stone fruits, all balanced by a nice, malty backbone. Even with all that fresh aroma and flavor, this IPA is chronically sessionable, meaning you don’t have to nurse just one all night.
