Psychovar Neva, Sierra Brdy

Neva, Sierra Brdy is a highly drinkable eel cooked at eleven. He was inspired by the legendary Sierra Nevada from the American brewery of the same name. Unlike the original, we used red malts for Neva, Sierra Brdy, and the resulting beer got a rusty color, the same as the Brdy streams due to the ubiquity of the local iron.
