Psychovar Weißer Boomerang

Not only wheat beer needs to be prepared from wheat malt. And that's how brewery cooked the Weißer Boomerang Ale. Wheat malt brought a white color and summer lightness, which blends well with the raw bitterness of the new Czech Boomerang hops. The top fermentation yeast then added the clay character. Again, this is a smash (Single Malt And Single Hop) type, so it is single malt and only one type of hops is used.
