Pura Nanquim

Nanjing is the result of the first collaborative beer between Cevada Pura and Cervejaria Letra de Portugal. Imperial Stout style beer matured for 7 months in oak barrels hydrated with cachaça, has become a beer with unique sensory complexity. Aromas and flavors of dark malts, with notes of toffee, caramel, dark chocolate and cocoa, added to the aroma, fruity esters and cachaça due to Barrel Aged maturation.
